Overview
As part of the EACDS program – Lot B, G2P has been mandated to support the establishment of the National Climate Finance Facility in Somalia, a country highly vulnerable to climate change.
Our approach
The team structured the institutional foundations of the NCFF: validation of the legal framework, creation of the Secretariat, drafting of the fiduciary manual aligned with GCF/GEF standards, and development of a digital dashboard. The intervention included capacity-building activities for national stakeholders.
