Overview

BOAD has entrusted G2P with a strategic support mandate within the Sahel Facility, funded by KfW, to identify and structure climate adaptation projects in the UEMOA region.

Our approach

G2P supported the identification and prioritization of projects, the integration of NAPAs, and the strengthening of internal capacities on climate finance criteria: eligibility, safeguards, fiduciary requirements. The support was part of an institutional transformation approach.
