Overview

As part of its support to CSOs for access to climate financing, Oxfam Senegal commissioned G2P to strengthen a concept note intended for the Green Climate Fund. The objective: to improve the methodological and strategic quality of the document to ensure its acceptability.

Our approach

G2P carried out a thorough review of the project: reformulating expected results, structuring the theory of change, and enhancing the "climate rationale." The team also ensured alignment with national policies and GCF eligibility requirements, maintaining continuous technical dialogue with the Oxfam team.
