Overview
As part of its support to CSOs for access to climate finance, Oxfam Senegal mandated G2P to strengthen a concept note intended for the Green Climate Fund. The objective: to improve the methodological and strategic quality of the document to ensure its admissibility.
Our Approach
G2P conducted a thorough review of the project: reformulating expected outcomes, structuring the theory of change, and improving the climate rationale. The team also ensured alignment with national policies and the GCF's eligibility requirements, in continuous technical dialogue with the Oxfam team.
