Overview
BOAD entrusted G2P with a strategic support mandate within the framework of the KfW-financed Sahel Facility, to identify and structure climate adaptation projects in the WAEMU region.
Our Approach
G2P supported the identification and prioritization of projects, the integration of NAPAs, and the strengthening of internal capacities regarding climate finance criteria: eligibility, safeguards, fiduciary requirements. The support was part of an institutional transformation approach.
