Overview
As part of the EACDS – Lot B program, G2P was mandated to support the establishment of the National Climate Finance Facility in Somalia, a country with high climate vulnerability.
Our Approach
The team structured the institutional foundations of the NCFF: validation of the legal framework, creation of the Secretariat, drafting of the fiduciary manual aligned with GCF/GEF standards, and development of a digital dashboard. The intervention included capacity building activities for national stakeholders.
