Overview

Given the complexity of environmental negotiations and the need for African expertise in climate finance, the University of Lomé, with the support of PM-Training Hub and G2P, has developed a high-level university diploma in international environmental governance (DU-GIE), structured around action, negotiation, and financing.

Our Approach

G2P contributed to the academic and strategic structuring of the DU: content focused on geopolitics, multilateral agreements (CBD, UNFCCC, UNCCD), climate proposal formulation, COP negotiation techniques, and the management of portfolios funded by the GCF, GEF, or AF. The team also supported the DU's economic model, the e-learning platform, and the internationalization strategy with partners such as BOAD, UNDP, or the World Bank.
