Dr. Saliou Gaye NDOYE President
Dr. Saliou Gaye NDOYE is a Senegalese expert in environmental governance and climate finance, with over 20 years of experience in Africa. Founder and CEO of G2P, he held strategic positions at the AfDB, BOAD, UNDP/GEF, and the USAID/NASA program before dedicating himself to providing technical support to governments, regional institutions, and CSOs. He has led missions in over 20 countries, managed multi-stakeholder processes, developed bankable projects, and trained numerous executives on climate windows such as the GEF, GCF, and Adaptation Fund. Holder of master's degrees in economics and administration (Paris I Sorbonne, IFG Paris), certified in project management (PMI) and partnership negotiation (PBA London), he is bilingual in French/English. He is also the publishing director of AGE Review – Africa Green Economy Review, a pan-African journal dedicated to green finance and sustainability policies. In this capacity, he actively contributes to the production of strategic knowledge on the ecological transition in Africa.

Prof. Hoinsoudé SEGNIAGBETO Resident Representative in Togo
Professor Gabriel Hoinsoudé SEGNIAGBETO, a Togolese national, is a recognized expert in biodiversity, environmental governance, and marine and coastal zone management, with over 20 years of experience in West Africa. A research professor at the University of Lomé, he is Deputy Director of the Laboratory of “Ecology and” Ecotoxicology, academic head of the Master's in Ecology and Wildlife Resources Management, and national focal point for IOC-UNESCO. He is also Togo's CITES scientific coordinator and a member of several IUCN expert groups. He has led numerous missions for institutions such as IUCN, UNDP, FAO, BOAD, and the World Bank, in the fields of conservation, marine spatial planning, blue economy, and climate project development (GEF, GCF, AF). Holder of a doctorate in zoological systematics (MNHN Paris), author of over 120 scientific publications, he combines academic rigor, technical expertise, and a strong capacity for science-policy dialogue, particularly on coastal resilience and environmental finance issues.

Boubacar SOWAssociate Director
Boubacar SOW is an engineer trained in France, a doctoral candidate in artificial intelligence applied to remote sensing, and an international consultant. With over 16 years of experience, he has led digital transformation and innovation management projects for major European groups (France Télécom, Alten, Sogeti, etc.). Back in Africa, he specialized in supporting the transformation of public administrations and structuring strategic projects, particularly in green finance. He is a director at G2P and co-founder of Alliance Corp., a consulting firm based in Dakar. He also co-founded the online training platform PM-Training Hub and the African Green Economy Review, illustrating his commitment to skills transfer and knowledge dissemination. Combining technological expertise and strategic vision, he plays a key role in institutional transformation missions, alignment with international standards, and sustainable innovation.
